No, it has not been fixed. The E3 Humble Bundle also included a week of premium time, 1000 microtransaction tokens, and 5 port slots, in addition to the ship. Yet we are only getting the ship.

You don't fix a situation by refusing to honor a deal, then giving half of what you promised as a compromise.

Personally I would be fine with getting just the ship. Premium only lasts a week, but the ship stays with you forever. I mainly got the deal for the beta access, the other stuff was just icing on the cake. However I do agree with ZeroGravitas about 'giving half of what you promised.' They probably don't want to give the tokens because that's about $15 USD worth...

I'd honestly rather have had the port slots than the ship. That said, I'm not particularly invested in this -- I didn't trust WG to begin with, the $1 went to charity, and I got a lot more than $1's worth in the loot for other games I play. Stronk Soviet Omaha is cool.

Had a pretty great moment where I and their hero in the Tenryu came around an island at each other towards the end of the match. I was on ~10% HP, he was on ~55%. Full salvo into his side, three citadel penetrations, and he's gone. xD
