Something needs to be added to make recon viable.  if not my silliness, replace self-repair with a new ability better in recon than it is in turret.

I kind of want recon Bastion to have a shotgun, but I'm not sure if that'd be consistent with his theme.

What is his theme, anyways? The name implies a Torbjörn-lite, but mobility seems to be what the devs also wanted.

When you choose Bastion at the start of a match, you see a view of the map, and put one wall down. Because playing as a wall would be boring, you then spend the rest of the match playing the game Bastion.

That... could actually be a really interesting passive ability. It'd take some careful balancing and probably area restrictions so that you can't just block off the enemy spawn or the only chokepoint though.
