Update coming for the main group tomorrow no matter if anybody posts, since we kind of need to get back on the swing again. As for the two, I unfortunately still need input. This is why having a big group is good, I suppose.

I didn't really have much of an idea beyond him being a scam artist with a supernatural case of the sniffles.

Could be wrong, as I've not done a ton of stuff related to the Orphans at the moment, but they don't seem to have too much going for them lore wise. Some connection to the Correspondence/Parabola/Wild Words, but that's standard issue among the urchins. Outside of that, they're basically a child gang.

They're a gang of urchins who steal hats and hankerchiefs using fishing rods, are even more superstitious than sailors, and never set their foot on ground. They live on rooftops, but I felt like their more experienced members might fish from the Flit with a deepsea fishing rod. It's harder for people to retaliate.

The Fisher Kings are a gang of urchins who keep to the roofs and gutters. They specialise in a particular larceny: relieving passers-by below of their fine hats and wigs by means of a line, a hook, and the deft flick of a wrist. They are a superstitious crew: you can only be a member if you bear the scar of an old wound that never fully healed, and they consider it bad luck to ever set foot upon the ground.

Because looking at the game...there are many 'dapper' things that aren't- well. They look nice. ._.

Haven't even bought anything dapper in-game. I haven't even seen much besides Veilgarden.
