"I think that's a slime mold! I'll give you five sou to catch it!"

And with that, Bryn goes to the door. "Who is it?"

[Capntastic]

Zeugma makes to dash after the creature, recalling a tale of an adventurer finding themself in a mysterious dungeon and having to survive off of slime molds.  And so, his azure cape flowing gloriously, he took a leap of faith and at the creature.

As   the blob, a Hoary Marmot... <unknown>, is in the room.

Zeugma's plan complete- he pinned the beast in the corner and followed up with his pilum.

"I said who is it!" Bryn shouts at the door, growing a little annoyed with everything.

<Sound> The blob begins to wirr mechanicly.

<Event> The door shudders strangly.

Kneeling to the floor and the beast, Zuegma cocked his ear and his fist.  If worst came to worst, he'd be ready to get the jump on it and jump on it.

<Sound> The blob wirrs more insistantly (it now sounds like grinding gears)
<Event> The door stops shuddering.

"Go away, we don't want any!" Bryn tells the entity beyond the door, and goes back to looking through her stock to be certain there aren't any other things hiding among it.

*Ghostfish watches and waits, alert for the perfect oppurtunity to steal Bryn's delicious grain*
