Yes.  Well, maybe...Is the Narrativium still messing things up out in space?  I still have external resources.  If I can get some stuff in orbit using them...

What tests you have been able to perform suggest that while Narrativium is present here to an extent, it is not responsible for the teleportation failures. Some force in local space is preventing any attempt to reach this universe intentionally.

How far out does it stretch?  Because there's nothing but deceleration requirements stopping a remote delivery.

Inter-dimensional communications are included in the interdiction, but cursory tests would have been conducted by dropping local-comm transmitters at varying distances from your dropsite following the initial failures to reach you. Either they all failed, or the radio transmissions from the successful tests have yet to make their way to you at c.

You have received some radio beyond expected background, but it seems to have been meaningless garbage, no coherent messages on familiar bands or encryption patterns.

There is a greater degree of apparenty meaningless radiofrequency activity than would be expected. It's not powerful enough to be jamming and doesn't look like any kind of esoteric encryption, and there doesn't seem to be a source.
