(no germanium, tantalum or cadmium ore on the accessible area? Germanium and Tantalum are essential for capacitors in the dwarven age, silicon is too hard to purify)

[I imagine the library has a basic one, though it may be rather far from current. Additionally, Hache was working on one last he was around. Elagn is the most recent traveller, so he may know things as well.]
