((I think it should depend on what the creature is. Carnies get income from hunting, killing and eating other animals, herbies get income from surviving attacks and eating plant-life. Not sure about plants though...))

Speaking of lowest intelligence, that reminds me of the fact that it's probably your first time in prison. Don't worry, I can give you some tips, having spent some time in a few myself. The best way to make friends here is to drop the soap during shower time. Try it, I'm sure you'll love making friends like that!

((Plants should get .2 for suviving each year. That way, its not too OP, but its also not a complete waste.))

((maybe income from age as well? If an animal lives to have a natural death, they get more income, say 2/3 points for carnivores and 5 points for herbivores, given that prey are more likely to get killed than predators. This requires having an arbitrary number for that kind of thing though, say 10 years or something))

Alright, how does this sound for the new PP system?

Alright, at the beginning of calculation for PP, you start with a flat PP. Then, you will add on these rates.

Life
Code: [Select]
Plant 15 years (Each plant) - 1 PP
Animals 15 Years (Each animal) - .5 PP
An animal dies - Years live * .1
A plant dies - years lived * .2

Amount
Code: [Select]
5 Creatures - .5 PP (If you go under this, you loose the PP)
15 Creatures - 2 PP (Same for above)
25 Creatures - 5 PP (Same for above)

Every 10 years, each player gets +1 PP.

What do you think? Also still waiting for Andres to post.

The amount is pp gained from stuff being alive right?

Life should be alterable. Although the 15 years thing could be a base.

Hardening "skin"

Giant desert grass is a species of grass whose individual leaf things (the actual grass) can grow to massive heights. The older the individual grass, the harder its "skin" becomes, with its top being fairly soft and its bottom being very hard. It reproduces by sending out underground shoots which can be eaten by herbivorous creatures.
