Do we have any rules regarding !!SCIENCE!! projects? Or is the next leader free to destroy and cannibalize whatever s/he likes? I would guess the latter, given the title, but I wouldn't like to jump to conclusions.

I'd say, do basically whatever besides deliberately kill the fort, and if we disagree enough, just savescum.
