 now on to the update

ok so I finished some rooms. put myself in a squad....

tragty has struck however. as the admistrator was injured, and her baby killed.

the culprit. a 10 level fall. or 5. there are to places she could have fallen from.

there are many open areas on the tower and it seems she fell from one

I was not focused there at the time, but I can deduce that the fall was caused by one of two things.

she ether decided to climb to somewhere instead of using the stairs and lost hold.

or one of the stray tame birds flying around flew next to her, surprising her and sending her stumbling back ((a movement sometimes referred to as a position swap)) off the edge,

Send in the noobs first to find out what the gas does, and then decide if you want to send out the axedwarfs.

just seems to be fever and drowsy. only 2 actually got sick

been experimenting with minecarts.....so far so good....well...its not working quite like I want but no one is hurt.

oh and blood men in the caverns

we lost a elite marksdwarf to a jabberer.

best I can tell the marksdwarf was the aggressor. and was spooked by it. shots were fired and the jabberer gave in to pain.

the marksdwarf ran out of ammo and began bashing it, but it was a copper crossbow, and after giving into, and awakening from, pain. it finally managed to retain consciousness and bite the dwarfs head off.

there are a few dwarves missing but I cant sense any combat and....wait.....

that doesn't.....

nothing major is happening.....

river froze so the grinder is not working. built a farm several floors up in the tower, one died seting up the grinder, and the forgotten beast syndrome only casued short fevers.......

aside from one or to deaths of non-bay12ers my turns been fairly boring....


any estimates on when FUN might be had?
