If this is 2100 then it's the 22nd century.
Most of the scenarios take place prior to the Fall. All the battles are meant to be between the Combine and Paneurope during WWIII.

Oh, by the way. GUNIN, have you looked into possibly using VASSAL as a way to do the next session? It would save you the trouble of making the map, and the OGRE module comes with counters for just about every conceivable unit.
