I stopped the pumps to the powerplant, but I assume I need to wait for the water to drain out before I see any improvement. Which at this pace, will take forever. I'll just pass my turn to the next overseer.

Yeah, when I looked at the save, I had about 12FPS when I loaded it up, but once I got the power plant shut down, it came back up to 40-ish. The FPS started coming back up about 15 minutes after I shut it off, but it took about another half hour to come all the way back up after that. Whoever gets the save next should probably get the plant shut down, and then build some means of shutting it off at the output, which should shut it off without needing to wait on it to drain.

It sounds like Eritzap only got a month or so in before giving up due to FPS issues, so I think just open up the last posted save to the next name on the list, send them a PM to let them know, repeat every 2-3 days until we get to someone who is able to play a turn.

i did pm him, and as for the 2 yrs, he still has only 1 week so there.
