A thin layer of dust covers the room. It seems it has been fairly undisturbed for some time, though perhaps less than the dirty white pieces of a skeleton lying on the floor would suggest. An ominous start to the journey. On the left-hand side of the room, there is a table with a stool, and a lockbox next to it, which has been long ago emptied. Two doors on the right lead out of the room, as well as a doorway to the north that appears to have been kicked down, judging by the door lying on the ground. The other one is missing. You can see out into the hallway.

The ratty, puny man aimed one bug eye at the rest of his fellows who came in alongside him. I don't believe we've had the chance to be formally introduced, my name's Ricard. He bowed deeply, letting one of his legs sweep out daintily beside him. He split an ugly grin what was almost a sneer. What say we check this closest door and if it's unlocked we block it with the table and walk north? If not I'll come up with another idea. He was forward, businesslike and confident. It was disgusting.

Nelly mused, glancing at the skeleton briefly.  "Name's Nelly Casey, former acolyte of the Gunpowder Order." he crouched down in front of the skeleton with the casualness of a mortician, even though he doesn't actually have knowledge in that field.

Try to make cursory examination of how the skeleton's owner died. Look for marks and such.

A man with long, black hair and a black strip of cloth bound around his head, covering the eye, speaks up.

"Salutations everyone." He says, cool and emotionless. "Nice day for it. I'm going to check the door to the North, if nobody minds."

He makes long, easy strides towards the North Door, keeping a hand on one of his Rondels. 

Attempt to open the Door to the North.

Just don't open it without us. Any door we enter, we go through as a group. Ricard goes to check the door to the east.

Svante fidgeted while listening to the group talk. He was anxious enough with the task before them, never mind adding tension between group members to that.

"I, uh... I'll look over that table over there while you guys, um... check doors."

Look for anything of note on or near the table.

Turn 1
Nelly walks 4m north to the skeleton and uses his Visual Acuity skill on it. (3d6 = 12) It looks like only partial pieces of the skeleton, which are so old that he isn't even sure when the skeleton died, much less how.

Darek runs 18m north to the door. He can't open it this turn.

Ricard jogs 12m to the eastern door. He uses his Visual Acuity skill on it. (3d6 = 11) He determines that it is unlocked.

Ronald jogs 10m north to the broken door.

Svante jogs 10m to the table and uses his Visual Acuity skill on it. (3d6 = 13) The table is dusty and empty. Four spots in the dirt suggest there used to be a chair or a stool beside it, but it's gone now.
