Alphonse finishes his Investigation of the room. (Investigation: 12) He finds 2d hidden in a pile of dust, and takes it.

Loot the incense and the dagger.

They're actually just tables, not the kind of desk that has drawers.

Damn. I only chose to investigate to see what would be in the drawers. Oh well.

In the future, you can just go open the drawers.

By the way, since I failed to inflict bleeding on the Undead Skirmisher any of the 3 times he was hit, I would like to award Gilbert 3 VP as a consolation prize.
