Yeah, grape wine is just called wine as it's what's used for wine in real life.

I found that on the wiki page.
I thought in DF every kind of alcohol got a name.

In the real world, wine is assumed to be made from grapes unless something else is specified (rice wine, plum wine, blackberry wine, etc). DF follows the same naming convention.
