"....Well, it has been nice dealing with you gentlemen. And gentlewomen. And gentleits. I was hoping to do this after I completed the Book Bunker, but I am a man of few words and have spoken enough already."

The three Hecate bodies quickly form together for an instant, dropping a large book bound with gold, before teleporting away. The book flips open, and the letters jump off the page as if they where a hologram.

"Greetings. This is the Charta, from which all communications between the Council and Hecate will now take place. Hecate is currently busy reading at the moment. The Charta is capable of communicating Hecate's thoughts on the matter without bothering him. Please treat it the same way you would treat Hecate."

"GREETINGS FELLOW GODS, GODDESSES, AND WANNABE TITANS! I AM BOB, GOD OF DESTROYING STUFF."

"Hmm, You guys seem to have a decent start-up here, But instead of Planets and Moons, Why don't we just surround that Reddish Sun with Floating Islands and Surround them with an Atmosphere? Think of the Possibilities People! Also, What's So Bad about Conflict? I Happen to Think it's Amazing! I'll have to decline on the Whole Pantheon thing though, As Bob prefers to Remain Solo. Oh, Hey That Rhymed!"

Bob attempts to create several Enormous Purple Clouds surrounding the Red Star, The Purple Clouds contain a Life-Supporting Atmosphere and will slowly grow in Size, Eventually Splitting into Multiple Purple Clouds that will Move in Opposite Directions, To Prevent Crowding. They're Called Bob's Farts.

Aww. I would've loved to have a floating sock in our pantheon!

That could be useful.

The only rule I'd like to see is no killing. I don't want to be restricted by stupid laws.

"What need is there for laws?" Veda at first asks somewhat distractedly, but the pair fall into their rhythm soon enough once more.

"We have no way to enforce them-
Nor reason to have them."

"There are few enough of us-
That those who go too far-
Can be dealt with easily. Likewise,
Incidents are unlikely to occur,
So a standardized system would be more harm than help,
Since each event would be better off judged on it's own grounds,
And the circumstances surrounding it,
Rather than strictly adhering to a single set of rules,
Which could never cover every circumstance anyway."

It's a good idea, so long as it doesn't constrain our ability to create.

I think we can have a set of ground rules that allow for taking into account the circumstances of a specific incident.

"We should focus on making the planet before any rules are established. We must have our priorities straight. Focus. On. The. Planet.

...Also, if anyone has any extra hair or equivalent non-creepy DNA-containing ex-bodypart, Hecate would like to borrow it as part of Project Protagonist."
