What the fuck. Is some random undorfed recruit now our new Darkwing? Hell, even Darkwing just managed to kill two clowns before he went down. It's beyond me that a frigging recruit in the Official Voidspawn Feeding Detachment managed a triple kill on Forgotten Armokhumping Beasts.

Also, I'm poking around in the save file for MurderMachines and I finally got around to decyphering those strange circular symbols when I remembered what they are: letters of the Matoran Alphabet. It spells "MurderMachines", really, who's surprised? Now raise your hand if you did that so that I can high five you.

I knew they were Matoran letters, I just didn't care enough to figure out what they said. Bionicle was the shit when I was a kid.

Also, why did we give up on MurderMachines if we're just piddling around waiting for DF2015 to drop?

Cap, we were hitting critical mass on FPS loss, as I recall.

He's right, though. We could totally boot up a few suicidally-ill-placed miniforts to pass the time.

And we got the Voidgod to boot. Who was it that got him killed, again? Wasn't it against voidspawn?
I haven't the foggiest who killed the Void God. It's been a long time :(
T'was I who slew the Void God. After he had turned into a voidspawn thrall.

This happened during my turn at Murdermachines, which was quite a long time ago looking back on it.

If by FPS death you mean ~20 FPS. It improved significantly during my last turn, plus 20 seems like light speed compared to the 10 I'm used to.

Wish to be dorfed as Blitz Gamer, job: Game Lord, Swordsdwarf, must like either microline or sapphires.

I'm getting about 25 fps, by the way. Which is very good as far as I can tell.

Yes. :) I'd really like to see Authoredmountains make some kind of comeback and be incorporated into the Deathgate lore. This is the most recent save I could find and here's some threads:

Y'all are also welcome to post DF2014 fort(s), spin-offs are more than welcome.

I find this individual vote for me, despite my non-presence, pleasing. All about some proper shenanigans next fortress.

I got an idea. if we are going to do another fort to pass the time lets do a pre-reborn masterwork demonic for.

the lack of auto-mining is not much of an issue if you just dig enough rooms and projects. and the features added are immense. I think we could use more masterwork forts anyways. even the ones there are seem to mostly be about dwarves or gnomes. and lovewhirls was short lived.

I can set up the thread but im not the best at getting good write ups for DF so the first turn should go to someone else for the sake of getting intrest.

(and now I have somehow hit that button again that makes things I type further back erase whatever was in front of this.....how do I turn that off again?)

I'm going to say no to adding major mods to established succession forts.
