Fortunately/Unfortunately (community story)
« on: February 19, 2015, 04:11:51 pm »

This is a community story where each person writes one sentence and each post alternates starting with Fortunately and Unfortunately. (except for the first post)
The premise of the story is: The sailor Bob is trying to get to Puerto Rico.

Rules:
1. Keep it clean
2. No blatantly contradicting a previous post (no saying "unfortunately, that didn't actually happen")
3. Bold your sentences to make it easier to follow.

I'll start.

Once upon a time, there was a sailor named Bob who was trying to get to Puerto Rico

Unfortunately, without the wealth of the ocean, Puerto Rico had become ridden with crime and dehydration.

Fortunately, along the route were a number of inns and waystations for those driving across the ocean floor.

Fortunately, said Bandit Camp was actually a themed restaurant (hence the capital letters).
