Looking it up it's about 80 miles from my house. Doable, probably.

On the other hand Japantown is roughly the same distance. Might just go straight there instead. What time are we thinking of? Late morning, do lunch kind of thing?

Yeah. People coming in from northbound might want just to meet at Japantown, but I highly recommend taking BART if you're coming from the south. Parking will be free, as opposed to ~$15 in the Japantown garage and surrounding area. And you won't have to drive in the city.

Wow that was a lot of messages in a short timeframe.

Amusingly, I'm actually in the bay area right now at Santa Clara for their preview day, but I'm leaving pretty much as soon as it's over.

Hey, me too :D. Not at SCU but in santa clara.

So, I think we have a date & location set. People taking transit can leave as a group and meet up with the rest in Japantown? I think late morning/lunchish thing would be best.

So I guess it's shaping up to be departing from millbrae at 11:30 (whenever MNI arrives) to arrive in Japantown at 1:30. Drivers can meet with us there.
