"Defensive stances are useless. Nobody who has taken one so far has been targeted, and simply used it to waste their turn. Besides, when I can see the attacks coming, I can dodge easily. Didn't you notice me sidestep the last attack? I don't need to waste any medicine when we have a perfectly fine healer right here."

"Defending would do literally nothing! At least shooting at it had a chance of doing something. Haven't you noticed their attack pattern yet? They only seem to get one effective attack a turn, at least when Yoshida-kun blocked one. The chance of you doing something is greater then the chance of you getting hit."
