Asada leans against the wall enjoying the near silent hum of the building.

"Pfft, what work? The only reason you're even thinking about homework right now is because you can pump someone smart for the correct answers.

"What is your problem? You know, if you keep this up, people are going to think you have a crush on me again. The tsundere type. What is so wrong with me doing homework with friends?"

I'm not so sure about this teacher though. I'll at least be interested in seeing if you can surpass your best and actually defeat this so-called dragon.

So long as I'm not in the firing line, anyway..."

"We will see if it was necessary. My last attempt to throw you at the firing line failed, but no doubt it will succeed in the future."

Karma proceeds to open the book, pull out a pencil, and prepares to write on a notebook.

"Thanks for joining the study session! Your name is...Nana, right? Its easy to remember because it is interesting. Kind of unique. Anyway, I really appreciate you joining me in this. I am sure this will be fruitful for both of us! Now, question one..."

Virgil pulls out a book from his coat jacket pocket. It's in English so Asada probably can't understand it.

Asada sighs and murmurs, "Hey, Virgil.  How's your sense of morality?"

Virgil says not looking up from his book.

"Um, Nana Tachibana, yeah. That question, well, it's pretty easy, you just have to..."

"Hm... just wondering about your opinion on bystandership during the exploitation of others." she is holding something in her pockets.

"It depends on if you can do something or not. If you can't that sucks, if you can then you should."

"And if you can, but it would be considered wrong?"

Virgil shrugs and looks up over his book.
"Don't get caught."

[MrVoid]

"Hngh... not worth it then." she flips out some seriously sharp scissors, you'd almost expect them to belong in the biology department if they weren't stylized with an A.A. inscribed on them.  They are pocketed just as fast.

"Yeah, not the best way to deal with something that minor. Have you thought about, you know, bringing up what you're upset about? It's a lot faster and much better at telling someone's character."
Virgil flips the page.

[MrVoid]

"Nah," she continues to lean against the wall, enjoying the cool hum, "No point in chasing a stray dog.  Its all a game when there's no one holding the leash."
