Clair start wondering if her pencils could break human skin.

She put away the murderous thoughts by fishing out her card, wait until Branson notices it and then take out her tablet, letting it boot up.

You were planning to have a 15 year old magical girl kill Witches by drinking them under the table!? It's original, at least.

Tohru...surprisingly, doesn't wither under his glare.

((Wait, how fast are these tablets in logging in? Since the school I graduated from had really slow ones, mostly because the network resources were heavily taxed by the amount of pirating the students were engaging in.))
"I'd probably forget by then."
Glancing around the classroom as he waits for the tablet to start up, he quietly remarks "Definitely not everyone then. Doesn't seem to be too much of a pattern either..." unless it's dependant on eccentricity, though that's rather doubtful.

((Fairly fast. It's far enough in the future that at least a significant portion of modern Kyoto is gone and replaced by more futuristic stuff.))

(All anime and anime esque classrooms are required by law to have them. Obviously.)

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

In the classroom, the peaceful classroom, the Karma sleeps tonight.....

((Wait, what, they're still that proliferant? Throughout the whole of my secondary education, I didn't see a single blackboard. Only whiteboards, smartboards and projectors.))

Finally stirred, Karma blinks twice, slowly moves his head up (with the page sticking to his face, of course) and yawns before checking the tablet groggily for whatever is causing that noise.

The tablet's alarm, of course.
Ms. Aisaka sighs.
"As much as I sympathise with the want to sleep during lessons, it would be a little rude to be ignored."
