(All the people I invited to the study session are here. The plan was this close to success! You will pay for this, Virgil-me!!!!)

Once Karma is satisfied with his book knot, he grabs a chair with each hand and starts going out the back entrance.

"You aren't supposed to talk in Library's anyway. See ya."

Karma then quickly rushes around the building, going to the front entrance. He attempts to tie one side of his shoelace string to anything that he can manage to above the door, finding some tape inside if needed and standing on the chairs to get high enough. He attempts to make the book fall right at Virgil's groin level. If successfully set up, he stands on both chairs off to the side, ready to push the book down at a moment's notice.

Virgil looks down at the book she has.
"So, what's that?"
"J-just a book...i-it's nothing special."

Branson strolls into the library. Unusually for him, he seems to be carrying a plastic water bottle instead of a iced coffee today.

"Huh, why's everyone here today?"

Virgil shrugs and goes back to ready his book.

Tohru sighs in relief and returns to reading her book, still blushing in embarrassment like a moeblob.

"Oh, just a heads up, Karma was doing some sort of weird shit at the front entrance when I came in, any idea what it's about?"

He left before I could say anything....
Biraindo ran after Karma, it didn't matter if the guy was a criminal we have to rely on eachother.

Karma would be pretty easy to catch up with, considering he was weighed down. Assuming Biraindo followed him and watched Karma set up his prank, Karma is currently standing on a chair that is on a chair while holding the book steady above the doorway.

Prepare to drop the book whenever I see that green haired son of a gun. Even from up here, it will be easy to tell him apart from the others. Green hair is a rare trait, after all.

Yoshida come out of nowhere and drop kicks the chairs out from underneath Karma.

(I don't think you know what a drop kick is  :P)

Karma attempts to keep the chairs in their place while keeping an eye on the doorway in case the Criminal decides to choose this moment to walk through the door.

"Yoshida-kun! What are you doing!?
" Karma states in an angry whisper-type voice, so it cannot be heard inside.

Hearing a familiar voice and the sound of commotion, Branson walks towards the entrance behind Virgil.

Tohru also follows, closely behind Virgil, confused.
