Stavewilds turned to Staberinde for no good reason, as it was our when the catle was built. I think that it may be a bug. Those other two towns which are red under our territory shouldn't be from Staberinde.
I just had Felllack's peasants rebel against my mayor, and go over to Staberinde. Gonna have to kick some butt now. Maybe those other random changes are because of mayors being overthrown too, and the new mayor gets a random kingdom affiliation.

No, there was neither a rebellion nor a change of mayors in that town. It is the same guy, which for some reason turned red after being blue for the first day.

I managed to build up Arx's tower to a castle

Ooh, thanks. I see you've done that to all of them according to the map; hopefully I can make use of that for improved facilities in the near future. I've been away from the Internet this week, but I should be back in the game now.

I had this happen to the town of Justinn as well (was reverting to Land of Lost Souls control), seemed like a bug.

Would the developer listen to this and fix it? It seems odd that increasing our territory only benefits Staberinde.

Probably. Mutant seems to notice bug reports (I reported armour in garrisons being able to reach negative durability) pretty promptly, and balance tweaks as well.

Should I send him a private message or plainly put it in a thread?

I just started a thread for it on the games forum. Mutant does read the forums there too since it doesn't get many posts.

Ok, new idea: kingdom log posting, in the interests of transparency. I cut/pasted the list of parties, towns and all events since inception. I'll try and update this each weekend.

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/12qoeoJy026AteILPo0YrDWdzcTvobEIC_WuQeMqaz-Q/pubhtml

As you can see, city taxation is around 50 gold / city / day, so that works out at around 1000gp/day from city taxes. We maybe 700 gold / day from markets in castle that we ceded to the country. So you can see direct taxation and markets don't account for that much. My regular garrisons, of which i set up 12, collect 2000-3000 gold over a few days so they provide most of the operating funds, and direct donations account for the bulk of the rest.

So far we have 9 players with party level 19+, these players should work to get 3-4 cities each. We have 5 signed-on players with levels < 15, maybe we can do more to help these guys get ahead. One way to do that would be to drop some plate armor and stuff on a tile (probably a garrison location), then the low-level players can pick that up to equip it. That way they don't have to pay cash to get the gear.

The gold payed by Jewel Cities comes from a lvl 2 market, because the revolt is still there. Just saying that.

Also, I will be able to get another city relatively soon. Do you have any interests in a particular one?

Skr looks like he's expanding to our north, since we cut off his southern expansion. We need to secure some cities around that area. First priority might be Waspnesse, then the cities @ 88,45 or 96,54. It would be bad if Skr took those.

I will tell you if I need help in capturing one of those once I level up one more character.

Also, what happened to 81,60? It is now green.

I put a garrison which was too weak in there, it got dislodged then Skr took the castle. But I just got it back and added extra characters.

BTW: has anyone ever had their full party get wiped out? Can you tell me what happens in that situation?
