I would find this to be very unfair 'spesh since my Fear attack worked one of three times.

Binds are far worse than that, trust me. At least Fears have a chance of being able to attack anyway.

RNG. You can fear multiple enemies and there is a move that can do that, which is subject to the same 'lessening accuracy' effect Ma-spells are.
