Two reasons for why this won't happen.  First, the contracts do not fit the setting established in the OP, as the only Kerbals with civilized knowledge are at the facility.  Second, using Science lowers the barrier of entry for players.

Who/what says they arent? At any facility, particularly ones with intelligent beings (and dont say kerbals are idiots, idiots dont go to space) factions are sure to form. In my view (at the least) the different companies submitting contracts are simply internal groups trying to get their requests looked at first.

As for the bar lowering/raising, I am not what can be called a good player (I cant build aircraft worth a dabm, and can only build rockets when they are overpowered as possible, and cant dock at all), and have never once ran out of money.

Think I'd prefer the Science mode, honestly.

In any case, it's Zanzet's game - he's the one making decisions, and I'll go with what he chooses. There's no real point arguing about it (and if you never run out of money what's the point in bothering with it in the first place?).

Contracts tend to throw tons of easy money at you, in my experience.

I have not played .9 yet, though.

Mod list is in the OP.  Going to be starting the game after I download them.

Edit: 'kerbin' is going to be the flag that is used as a placeholder.  If someone decides to make one, the current kerbin will need to be renamed, and the new flag replacing that.  This isn't a concern if flags are changeable.

Edit2: Don't know if I mentioned it, but I'm disabling the reversion of flights, quickloading, and missing crews respawn.  Going to keep around the auto-hire for convenience.  Science rewards will be at 100%.

Completed my three launches.  Jebidiah's stuck in orbit that varies between six/seven thousand kilometers to one hundred thirty kilometers.  Going to post the turn itself later today or tomorrow.

Any combination of KAS and/or red lettered messages in the debug log will make you rue the day you turned off quickloads.

Also, what version are we using again? We using .9 or .25?
Im going to guess .9, as I prepare everything for my turn...

Also, we arent using any of the recommended mods that get suggested when we download things, right?
