Granted, however the Taiwanese want Cutlass(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/USS_Cutlass_(SS-478))back and aren't asking nicely,best case scenario:  you will always be remembered as a thief and a potential terrorist.

Explosive, not explosion. It isn't exploding at the slightest touch, so it is stable.
