You become so good at doing it that it turns into a curse. People keep calling you, offering you money to colour their maps. You didn't even know so many people wanted their maps coloured in the first place, but now it seems like all the world is nothing but maps to colour, and you are hounded constantly everywhere you go. Every time you think you are going to be able to spend a nice, quiet evening, somebody calls you or knocks at your door with another bloody map under their arm. At first you enjoy it, being so proficient at it, it is a pleasure. But soon it turns into a joke, and soon after that into sheer disgust and loathsomeness. You never thought something as innocuous as colouring maps could lead you to this, but there you are, a razor blade in your hand. The phone is ringing again, and someone is banging on your door. It's over.

I wish I had at least a million views a day on my Youtube channel.
