Granted. The nanites get together and shape themselves to look like sheeps. One attacks you at midnight on a summer Wednesday, and you throw it off with your mad Kung Fu skills. But the nanite sheep fades into your arm as the individual particles burrow between your cells and enter your bloodstream. I don't need to describe the incredibly slow and painful de-materialization that they put you through, but they turn your useless fleshy matter into a nice laptop case.

I wish my thief could swap out his 60% Climb Walls with his 5% Find / Remove Traps.

Granted, and in his next delving of the local dungeon he manages to make his way easily past every trap he encounters, untill by sheer fluke the 128th trap he comes across is not detected and he falls victim to it. Now he's stuck in a fairly deep pit and unable to climb out.

Granted. Everyone flocks to Scotland's tropical white-sand beaches to frolic with dolphins in the water and beautiful girls in the hotel. But then what source material will we use for dwarves? They'd have to become snowbirds, or hedonistic seekers of rum served in coconuts with little umbrellas. This ruins DF and makes us all sad. And that girl from MIB2 who makes it rain when she's sad makes it rain in Scotland, ruining the economy that's now based entirely on sun tourism. Rocks fall, everyone dies.

Granted.  The entirety of the United States starts eroding, starting with CA.  It spreads throughout the Midwest and Northwest, the Ocean eating away at the world until it consumes the whole thing.  It doesn't stop there, however, and makes its way across Greenland, to Europe, and starts devouring its way to Asia.  Australia is not immune to its effects, either, and Africa is similarly doomed.  The only humans left are the scientists on Antarctica, wondering why they cannot communicate with the rest of the world.

I wish that I had a wand of wishing.
