Blood and vomit cover the floor in a thick, noxious paste. You encounter rooms filled with dwarven bones and skulls and shudder. Shivering as you traverse the freezing dungeon's depths, you are shocked to see hundreds of detailed engravings, all showing grotesque images. Dwarves screaming, drowning in magma. Bronze colossi and skeletal giant eagles cackling before plaintive dwarves. Cheese, for some reason. You feel a surging heat wave and press on...
Suddenly you realize the reason for the destruction. Obsidian stone blocks off hallways, and you see floods of magma long turned to stone. This fortress was built on an active volcano...
You hear a rumble.
