I would've granted your wish, but I don't know what a MoOII is and I don't have internet connection grafted into my body. Instead, I give you delicious fruit, which promptly falls upwards to your face and making your head into a bloody mess.

Granted, but it causes a glitch in your game that causes everyone to be hostile towards you making it impossible to do any quests or do anything other than mindless killing.

Granted. A Santaman visits you and gives you a ton of experimental ultra-strong "coffee" pills. Soon enough, you find that you can't sleep anymore, but you get drowsier than ever. Eventually, when you space out, you see the image of Vaermina screwing around with the surrounding area, leaving a horrible impression in your mind. Not long after that, you go insane, and get sent into an insane asylum.
