Granted,a massive cliff erects next to your home collapsing it,then when you come back into consciousness,6 men in a truck full of steaming crap plummet off the side of the cliff and onto your head.Well that was a fun wish.

Ah, but you see, that was merely a comment on the hypothetical granting of the crap-filled hamburger truck wish.  The previous "I wish" was intended to be a wish in and of itself, I was making a statement about how "I wish"ed that the described events had indeed happened.
