I take your second line as a wish for things to be reversed because I can. Previously, I was going to wish that your blood flow in the right direction but since you reversed it, your blood begins to flow in the opposite direction. Not only are the valves of your heart and veins destroyed to help grant this wish but your body cells starve off the poorly oxygenated blood. Turns out that your fluids actually want to go with the correct flow for a good reason. Who knew?
