Granted. You heal completly from any injury that is not instantly lethal. But while this also regenerates the brain, it regenerates it into newborn state.
Any memory (including knowledge) you have is guaranteed to be forgotten in 200years from forming. Unused skills are also forgotten in this fashion, but used ones are not, because when a fraction of a used skill is forgotten, when you use the skill you relearn the fraction.
This all is known, because you are caught 50 years after the wish being granted and studied for 400years. Apparently people noticed that you do not age.

I wish to be able to create temporary wormholes between any 2 places I have been to of my choosing, that are bound to the same gravitational field, when and only when I want to. The wormhole's entrances are circular, have a circular rim right aroun them and can not spawn (even partially) within solid objects or liquids. If the target location of at least one entrance is submerged in liquid or there is a large solid object there, instead of creating the wormhole I suddenly know which entrance was blocked and whether by liquid or solid object.
If an entrance is blocked by solid objects or drops of water, neither of which have more than 1cm3, they are displaced slightly to not be cut by the entrance.
This wormhole does not allow traveling to the past and when walking through it, you travel to the future at the rate of 1s/1s.

Granted. However, after you dissipate your first wormhole you lose the ability to create more wormholes ever  again.

I wish for the ability to completely and fully understand quantum mechanics.

Wish granted. You spend 40 years of your life studying quantum mechanics, and learn everything there is to be learned. Two days later, you die from exhaustion.

I wish for a new good show to watch

Granted, the show is called Teletubbies. You're welcome.

I wish I wish I could be slightly wittier. Not too witty, but just the right amount of witty.

Granted. You are exactly as witty as your current avatar (a snail) should be.

I wish to know why I wrote the following in my physics protocol:  -2d/(t2*g*cos(α))+tg(α) = -t2/(2d*g*(h/d))+h/l (α was the angle between d and l)

Wish granted. You wrote that because you were somehow compelled to.

I wish that I was decent at DF modding

Granted, You become supreme at modding by trying on another copy of dwarf fortress first, causing it to become horribly corrupted.
Then you move on to your game and make some awesome creatures and code 166666 skills for the dwarves and adventurers to learn.

You delete the horribly corrupted version and load the awesome one.
It's horribly corrupt. You realize you just deleted the awesome one permanently. One thousand hours wasted.
Then your computer crashes.

I wish I could teleport without being harmed by it in any way.

Granted. You can however only teleport yourself one centimeter at a time.

I wish I didn't need to make any wishes here.

Granted. You never needed to make any, but since you clearly want to not have to wish for anything, you can no longer wish for anything at all.

(Wait, if you wish to not wish, does that mean your wish of not wishing isn't counted? My head hurts.)

I wish that Wish Logic was easier to understand.

Granted, Wish logic becomes more complex to everyone else, so it appears that you understand it better, which you don't.

I wish for a rock.

Granted. It contains the seeds of doom. Also, like, a human heart or something.

I wish for memes to persist eternally, never waning into obscurity.

Wish granted. Bad memes are pumped out in massive amount by dyslexic 11-year olds worldwide.

I wish for responsibility.

granted,
You are responsible for making two nations that want to nuke each other not do so, and failing to do so will result in receiving a fate worse than death

I wish that I do not have to worry about being in a cosmic horror story and not die and/or have the ability to think, reason and feel emotion removed as a result of this wish. receiving a fate worse than death will not happen as a result of the wish.
