Granted.  Luna and several moons of Jupiter and break their orbits and collide with Pluto. This puts Pluto into the planet category again. It also makes it's orbit around Sun very eliptic and otside the ecliptic plane, sometimes causing horrible tides on Earth.

I wish to have the power to destroy any disease within 5m radius sphere centered on my head at no cost to myself or the sick people or other beings. This is supposed to only destroy diseases and do no damage at all to anything other than diseases.

Granted. You find out that due to disease being a vague term that encompasses things that range from bacteria to genetic conditions, you end up killing all pathogens, but you also end up purging the human genome of all viral DNA it's acquired over the course of billions of years of evolution, creating a sterile non-functional deformed mess.

Ah, but that counts as a genetic condition so you purge all of that too. Unfortunately, when you try to destroy a disease caused by the absence of something, the universe malfunctions in the same way it would if God tried to create a 4-sided triangle. In other words, it crashed and rebooted
