I wish to have an ability to understand any mammal's "speech" as well as to be understood by said mammal, selectivly targeted on a species that I see at the moment I turn it on and turnable on and off at will. If turned off, I would fluently speak and understand any human language I would choose. All this without any physiological or mental side effects.
