Granted, you now have a big hatfish.  It's a carp trying to swallow your head but can't expand its mouth wider around your ears. When you blink your eyes, the carp tries again to swallow your head but instead ends up flopping it's tail end left and right which messes up your balance if you are moving about.  It's a big carp.
