That sounds like the "You didn't wish not to be set on fire" kind at best, and violating the actual wording of my wish at worst.

You wished not to suffer from psychological or physiological effects of sleeplessness, so you suffer them from something else, therefore keeping the wording intact.

Even so, "You didn't wish not to be set on fire" is the cheapest way to corrupt a wish.
