Granted, everybodys need of sleep is as an effect increased whit 3 hours, making the actual effect of your wish half an hour LESS per day to do stuff in.

Granted. You can now cast "Bigby's Microscopic Hand", "Cause Slight Stinging Sensation", "Cause Mild Dose of Caffeine", and "Wish".
Unfortunately, each spell is purposely designed to horribly backfire eight out of nine times, usually in strange ways, most of which are only slightly better or slightly worse than death, depending on your point of view. The few that aren't in that range are, of course, so horrible that you'd probably try to desperately kill yourself.

Cheese becomes so cheap and common there is no longer any incentive to make cheese and all cheese-making ceases to exist. When cheese goes back in demand, nobody makes it and the price skyrockets to ridiculous 5-didgit figures. Because of the insane demand, hundreds of people grab the opportunity and begin producing cheese. The price of cheese goes down right back to where it started - expensive.

I wish that Cheese was even more expensive.

Granted. Cheese prices go up and most people no longer purchase it. Due to the less amount of buyers, the prices go up more, and more untill no one can afford it, and the cheese makers lose so much money that they lower it back down to normal prices.

I wish you could befriend kobolds and goblins and attack humans and elves instead.

Granted. You befriend a few kobolds and set off for the elven forest retreat. After a day of travelling, you fall asleep. You wake up in a bathtub full of ice with no money, food, items, or kidneys.

Freakin kobolds.
