Granted, You get a fire hydrant on a string.  Unexpectedly the fire hydrant rips in half trying to support the weight of the string.  Spraying water from an unknown seemingly infinite source into the room.  The room is not air tight, but the water is coming out at such a rate that the room fills anyway.

The water is extremely turbulent as it enters and leaves the room, you die to a combination of drowning and blunt force trauma as the current throws you around the room.

I wish I knew how this thread kept up steam for 6 years but has less posts than the happy thread.
