Granted, the state of florida is transfered to the moon.
Unfortunately it only transfered the VARIABLE state, so florida is now back to the default state of doing nothing while the moon is now "to be wished to the moon". The moon is already at the moon, so the state is canceled and the moon returns to just floating there in orbit.

As a consequence, your state is set to "dead".
