Your Last Hour on Earth: Xaver walked into the bank with his gang, scoping out the situation with his eye. A cheap bionic, bought in the slums, it darts around in his skull, glancing from guard to camera to guard. The four men are wearing mesh skull masks, and, as they reach the center of the room, one of the guards in the corner reaches for his gun. The bionic notices the movement, and alarms Xaver. Before the guard can blink, Xaver whips out his gun and puts a bullet through his skull. The gunshot rings out, and people start screaming. His crew pull their guns, dispatching the rest of the guards, and Xaver grabs a nearby civilian, putting his gun to her head.
"Manager. Now."
The bank manager steps forward, and Xaver puts a bullet in the man's gut. He quickly executes his hostage, and searches the manager's body, finding the mans keycard fast.
"Kill them."
As the others begin to methodically dispose of the witnesses, Xaver vaults the counter, heading for the vault. He swipes the card, and smiles. The time lock begins to tick down, 5 minutes. He runs back a bit towards the main room, and detours into a bathroom. In the corner, hidden in a locked stall, he finds a few bags. He runs back to the vault as gunshots begin to erupt outside, and a few members of the group meet him. He notices one of them is missing. Before he can say anything, one of his crew speaks up.
"He got clipped in the leg, bad. We couldn't leave him there, so we did what we had to."
Xaver curses. He wasn't supposed to lose anyone here. Before he could say anything, the vault door opens, and his team quickly moves in. Stacks of money are strewn around the vault, and they quickly fill the bags. The three of them leave the vault, heading for the back door. They sneak around in the maintenance areas, and avoid most of the police. Right before they make it out, however, a cop jumps out at them, rounding the corner inches away. The cop's holding a shotgun, and kills one of Xaver's guys with a point blank shot. Xaver quickly punches the cop in the gut, and throws him into the wall. While the cop tries to recover, Xaver puts two bullets in the man's head, cursing again. They finally make it out the back door, and fight their way to the getaway vehicle. The driver's waiting for them, and as soon as they get in the back, he guns it. The car takes off, rocketing into the sky, and quickly begins zig-zagging between skyscrapers. A few police vehicles begin to follow the getaway driver, and, just before they could get away, another car appears from around a skyscraper, ramming the robbers in the side. The car spirals out of the sky, hitting the ground, and everything goes dark.
Xaver's head hurt. He could hear voices getting closer, and, as his vision came into focus, he realized the voices were cops. The getaway driver was clearly dead, slumped over the front seat, but the robber who spoke before, sitting next to Xaver, was still alive, groaning in pain. There was no way out of it this time, they were both going to jail. Xaver smiled at his old friend, blinking back a tear as he drew his gun and pointed it.
"Gotta do what I gotta do."
