Sorta.
The council of gods is basical there to keep giant wars from breaking out, gods from dieing off, gods becoming too powerful, and to help eachother out and make friends with everyone to keep war from happening in the first place

He is a messenger god, very buisy. We found you when we felt a surge in power, that usualy means one of three things. A Titan has formed, a god has arrived, or another creature or event of power has come. We send people to scope it out, if it's a god we send an invite to the council, if it's a beast we send warning to the gods who control where it is, and the special ones have special contingencies.

Are there any such Titans roaming the world? Are any gods currently at war?

There are a few but none that are using mortals to battle, or natural disasters, they are just dukeing it out in the ocean south of the islands.
There are about 4 titans currently, though that number fluctuates since if they get killed or turn out to be non-agressive they get put into a different order. There are two we are unsure of and the other two are definitely violent. They are in the northern chains, one is a mountain moves slowly but makes any island it inhabits, uninhabitable and the other is a dragon living in a cave system on a remote island.

How does the mountain Titan make islands uninhabitable?

There are many gods, a census has yet to be taken as many come and go out of existence. Each council usualy has an attendance of several hundred.

The mountain Titan is a slowly moving volcano that lives on I habituated islands till it's flames have consumed those that live there then it moves, I think one of the sea gods is looking for a way to kill it.

Freeze its innards? Make an artifact that radiates cold and toss it in the maw? Should cause the magma to freeze.

Actually, where is it getting its magma? It isn't connected to any magma chamber or tube like a standard volcano would be due to the fact that it's moving.

Is the volcano titan moving towards our city? Why don't we just create a magiteknological nuke and nuke it?

You must remember titans are as powerful as us gods, it takes more than a quick made bomb. Since it create it's own magma that is much hotter than normal magma and cold is not all too effective against things like this the artifact wouldn't work. It doesn't seem to be attacking any council god's domains so we are unsure who it is targeting.

It could in theory be looking for a decent magma chute to live on. Has anyone tried talking to it?

Well there are few gods who can directly interact with things in the mortal plane that don't worship them. And the ones who tried talking to it were quickly ignored. One of the sea gods is brewing a large storm to attempt to weaken it so the next civ it attacks, if their god has prepared as they should, should have an artifact or some attack ready to defeat the Titan and gain a mountain in their possession that contains untold things as it is created of Titan flesh, more specifically stone Titan flesh which can contain many amazing and useful ores and stones.
