Hi all,
I wanted to share the fort layout I've been using. Last time I played was 40_10, so this might be a little out of date. There are probably some niche industries that aren't well covered (above ground farming, livestock, beekeeping), but most of the main features are there with storage areas to keep things organized. This setup works especially well with a reclaim (actually the Surface+1 level with sand collection I added specifically for reclaimed forts).

I usually play with a population cap of 20-40 dwarves. The rooms are all 9x9, with up/down stairs in all the corners.

Note there may be *spoilers* if you're looking to discover some features of the game naturally
