Well, that other lizard is pretty far away... probably over 60 feet away, and behind a building... That might not be the best course of action.

Guh.... I'll just stab the cultist then, and move to H16!

(Attack roll: 11+6, Success! 8+4 damage!)
Arwen makes a downward swing as he retreats, cutting into the cultist's arm. She gives a cry of pain as the arm goes limp and the robe around her shoulder is stained red. She is out of the fight.
The drake does not attempt to attack Arwen as he chases off its counterpart.

As the cultist collapsed under the flames, Mirella glanced back at Johanna.  Nodding in thanks, she moved south to help the others, trying to maneuver around the panicked tourists without hurting anyone.

Move south as far as possible

Johanna wearily wades into the crowd and waves them all to get down.

"...Everybody hit the dirt...I'll take that ugly beast out..." She croaks, waving her hammer above her head in a circular flaming arc.

Action: Try to persuade all these fools to get out of my way!

Then, move to H10, Firebolt at the Lizard1! Right up the rear!

+5 tohit, 1d10 fire damage

((Also, assume Johanna is trying to avoid civilian casualties with her attack. I'd assume this gives the lizard some sort of cover bonus, rather than her roll to blow them up. :P If I can't attack without risking civilians, then don't attack.))

Eadya gets out of your way and you push through.
(Attack at disadvantage: 5 and 3+5, failure!)
Johanna fires of her spell, but it splashes against the wall.

The drake picks up speed and charges Sweetpea.
(Attack roll... Failure!)
The drake lunges at her, but she sidesteps its maw.

Too close for a bow. Sweatpea drew her rapier and thrust the sharp metal towards the creatures eyes, and then without waiting to see what happened ran to I17.

Arwen moves back to the lizard and thinks.

(Animal Handling: 11, Success!)
The drake flops onto its back, its powerful legs sticking in the air.

Since it does not seem to be attacking any more, anyone can act.

Sweatpea sighed, relieved, at the fact the fighting seemed to be over.

She quickly headed over to Johanna.
"Come on, lets get you back to the castle."

The slender elven girl tried to support Johanna as best she could.

Johanna seemed extremely groggy, as Sweetpea took her arm. She was falling into unconsciousness and couldn't even make out much solid shapes any longer.

"...Eh, who's left...didja we getta em all...

...Did we win? If not, Ye can't take me prisoner, ye rat..."

The townsfolk and you quickly flee to the tunnel without incident, besides some kobolds in the shadows of burning homes that decide better than to engage. The ambush drake stays at Arwen's heel during the journey back, terrifying the townsfolk, but it keeps to itself.
As you emerge from the cellar, a ragged cheer goes up from the assembled citizenry and soldiery, and you are quickly intercepted by healers as families reunite.

You all gain 430 XP! That should put you at 845 XP! 55 left till level 3!

The healers tend to your wounds for a solid hour, being especially careful with Johanna. She was hit particularly hard by her attempt at dry-casting; they said that her heart nearly stopped after the sheer exertion. Arwen and Mirella made it out with only a few lacerations, that while deep, will heal quickly, if they keep poultices on their wounds. The drake lies under Arwen's table, since they ran out of sick beds to treat the wounded on. Sweetpea, on the other hand, is completely fine, and after a short but reasonably thorough examination, the healers let her go on her way.
How many hit dice would you like to spend to recover HP? You may spend up to two. And how does Sweetpea spend the hour?

Finally released back into the courtyard, there are a number of people who would like to talk to you. Most of them came by while you were being treated and were turned away so the healers could work in peace.
These people include:
Governor Nighthill, who would like to thank you for your help.
Eadyan, the priest of Chauntea, would like to speak to Mirella.
A young human, who wants to speak to anyone who might have seen his master.
A family of humans, who want to thank you for reuniting their family.

Rest: I'll spend both my HD. Remember, I can't heal the necrotic damage I took, until a long rest. Also, Arcane recovery to regain one Lv.1 spell slot.

Johanna just tries to sleep, unless someone visits her.
