Holy Roman Empire would ask French Republic and British Empire to ratify the Treaty of Valencia, which grants Northern African territories plus Portugal to the British, and remainder of Iberia to the French, in exchange for peace treaty. Valencia itself will be passed over when the Imperial troops will be evacuated, via sea, in few months.

They also append a request for Peace to the treaty, given how it wasn't obviously stated, despite the context.

The Byzantine Empire actually fought the HRE's enemies, and is being granted a single province for its effort? We gladly take the Northern Caucasus, but we wonder if attacking the HRE would not be in our best interest, since the Emperor seems to offer so much to that that betray him...

The USSR must raise a protest to the Treaty of Valencia!  By providing land to the bourgeoisie dictatorship of France in order to gain peace, it grants them additional resources and frees their armies to lead a campaign against our glorious motherland!
