"Remove Construction" option in b-C menu.

It can get very annoying when I am building several constructions and I get one wrong, I have to press esc-esc-esc-q-x-esc-b-C just to remove the mistake and get back to the building menu. I am suggesting a button on the b-C menu that could remove not yet built constructions so building becomes much less tedious.

Ooh, that would be very nice.  A way of singling out unbuilt buildings and only unbuilt buildings would definitely be welcome, since many is the time I cancelled a few constructions at one only to realize I'd also accidentally scheduled some demolitions.  :(
