Tell her about your business. When finished, state that you have to go tend to business(use the restroom) and then go read the note.

It's nice to see you are making friends here, and in such a nice crowd. It's also nice to see that no one has even had a suspicion of your low rank, nice acting.
I have arrived and am currently in my study getting ready. Must look nice for the occasion and all. One of my servants will get you when I am ready to speak to you. I know I can trust you now and the real missions are about to begin, you try to tell anyone I don't trust about these things I will personly see your death.

You relieve yourself and wash your hands, the servant holding the wash cloth bids you a good day.
You go back to your seat and it seems a new platter course is out but still covered.

Smellinger: Ask Ms. Pfeiffer if she thinks it is odd that the host has not joined the party yet.

"It is a little strange but he did make sure there was an announcement of his lateness so the party could go on while he was away so it's not too strange, why do you ask?"

"I'm just really anxious to see the host in person and get to know more about him. He seems, at the very least, to be kind and generous person as he hosting such a lavish party for so many people. His servants even get to wear exquisite clothes."

"Maybe he doesn't trust some people here. The employees did bar the entrance after everyone arrived."

You notice that the platter has been opened during your conversation and half its contents already taken.

"This food does look good." Smellinger says as he moves food from the platter to his plate.

She notices the food and grabs some herself.
It is dumplings filled with chicken and honey rolls
Another servant walks by and drops a note down the back of your shirt discretely.

Eat some food and then walk into the kitchen. Once inside, read the new note there.

You take a bite of the dumpling and find it rather distasteful, suppose not all food can be good food,
You swallow the bite and eat a honey roll to get the taste out of your mouth, after taking a drink from your seemingly never under full glass you excuse yourself and head for the kitchen.
You don't see anyone who seems to notice you leaving into the kitchen, there are even a few other patrons in there, some complaining about the ill prepared dumplings and others giving their personal thanks to the cooks for the fine food.
You begin to read the new note.


Dear compatriot,
It seems that I am ready to make your acquaintance. Two of my servants will escort you out of the kitchen, give them reason to do so, maybe curse them out for the food or something but don't draw too much attention, another will address those who see you and tell them you need to sit and cool down for a moment, the two will escort you out of the hall and to my quarters. Be prepared for a..... surprise..... I promise I will not harm you and if you continue your path you will be rewarded greatly.
