Pursue a quaint hobby. Something small that doesn't relate to the gladiatorial arena. All work and no play makes a dull gladiator. Learn the basics of sculpting! And probably train with your team a bit. It's a good way to get to know them better and gauge their weaknesses and strengths.

Train with our team. We need to learn how to communicate and work together effectively, especially so our net doesn't end up tangling one of our own guys.

Train with your team. Make sure to spar with the other fast members of the team, so we can keep our reflexes sharp.

You spend your time training with your group, they all seem to be pretty good fighters though your tank has a problem of losing concentration mid fight and going berzerk and your flankers have trouble fighting an enemy if the flanking doesn't work right

Train the flankers in 1v1 combat. See if you can find a way for the tank to control his Rage until the most opportune moment.

Or use his rage for the tanking

Indeed. Our flankers will wait for just the right moments when their intended enemy inevitably turns around to deal with the tank to strike.

The flankers train with the tank to learn their timing and the tank learns how to bottle his rage till the right moment, the medium armored (like you) gets some nice defensive training in all of this.

It is now battle day. You are all waiting in the release chamber just outside the gates of the arena, you can hear the crowd cheering and chanting. The female flanker speaks up,"so are you going to give us se uplifting speech to motivate us to fight to our deaths?"

You stand almost heroically with your tiger cloak drapped over your head and back,"Lio, our job is not to fight to our deaths! No! Our job is to fight to their deaths! Now let's go kill!"
They all stand, motivated and ready to fight, the gates open and your tank heads out followed by you and the other, elderly medium armored man with the two flankers hiding behind the three of you.
The other gate opens and there are five people armed with different and exotic maces, some flanged some bar and some just solid metal.

First, get rid of the cloak for now. Dont need anything to burden us.
Next, throw the net over two or more people. Then charge whoever looks like the leader and stab with the trident!
