(One more update and I'll slow down a bit.)

"Too bad," Josh texts back. "Maybe next time."

You spend the rest of the day drilling holes, polishing surfaces, cutting parts, and screwing things together.

When you are done, your robot's body stands before you: a metal caterpillar track robot with a cubical head and multitool hands. The whole thing is about three feet tall.

Now it only needs a name. What will you name your robot?

1) Pickle.
2) Curry.
3) Miku.
4) Cuisinart.
5) Killall.
6) Ariel.
7) Caliban.
8 Famulus.
9) Gardyloo.
10) I'd prefer to come up with my own robot name.

10. Joyeuse.

((That said, I've never even played Marathon or Halo; I just know their theme because of its source.  So I don't know if Curtana goes the same way as Durendal.))

Now that Joyeuse has a body, it might be time to treat Joyeuse more like a person. With what pronouns will you refer to Joyeuse?

1) "It" is just fine. It's not human.
2) I will refer to her as feminine.
3) I will refer to him as masculine.
4) I would prefer to use entirely new pronouns for robots: rhe, rer, and rhim.
