Not sure if I should go with Silence to guarantee she can't shout for help or Hold Person to try to shut her down fast in return for giving her a WIS save.  I've posted the latter for now, but would the former be better?

We have enough people up top with full actions, to physically go and block her from exiting the room-AFAIK, there is only those two ways in/out. I think Silence would be better-tho we're likely going to cause a lot of noise anyway, and I don't know if your spell can block all the sounds coming from the room...

All noises in 20' feet of the target, which is going to be the woman, but this is with the caveat that several people will be moving before I cast my spell.  I'll switch my action, then.

Well, now, all that fancy stuff during chargen, and I forgot to pick up a piece of chalk.  Silly me. ^_^

But yeah, with a 20' radius, it should affect everyone inside the room, I think.
